When you call it non-standard, it's actually in the css3-ui draft[1], although
mysteriously enough there's never any discussion[2] about this property. In
that sense, this property is indeed non-standard.
I suspect that we won't be able to remove ime-mode for backward compatibility
so how this new feature interacts with ime-mode would need to be specified.
