Wiki page for spec review

I've put together a wiki page for the review of the HTML spec:

http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/HTML/wiki/Spec_Review

This page is versionless because we're not likely to need it often, and
wiki history can take care of looking back. For now it's for use on the
25 May 2011 TR draft of HTML.

The page consists of a table with four columns. The first column is a
"short name" for the set of document sections under review and a link to
a wiki page where we can store the reviews. The second column contains
links to the section(s) of the HTML document. The third column is the
people assigned to do the review, and the fourth column is any notes.
For the review, please review everything under the heading referenced
including sub-headings, but not sibling headings (additional pointers to
siblings are provided if needed). Reviews of a given section from
different people should go into the same page, up to individuals if you
want to separate your reviews under a heading with your name, or
interleave your reviews together in some meaningful way.

To sign up to review a section, you can put your name in the third
column of the appropriate row. Wiki table markup is always hard to use,
but I wasn't sure another format would work as well. I tried to
structure the source in a way that it should be workable to do this.
Alternatively, you can ask me to put your name in the appropriate place.

There are 30 reviews of part of the spec we need to conduct according to
this organization. In most cases, we want at least two people to review
a given section. It's probably only realistic to expect a given person
to review a couple sections. So we need a lot of help on this. There are
not that many weeks left to complete this.
