I also have an update on ACTION-193. W3C received the following proposed
charter:
 http://www.w3.org/2011/05/google-webvtt-charter.html

Note that this is not proposed to be part of the HTML Working Group, so
I wonder if it makes sense to keep track of it (but I'm willing to do so
if folks want me to)
