[media] Fwd: ISSUE-163 navigating-tracks: Chairs Solicit Change Proposals

Dear media subgroup,

the HTML chairs have issued a call for change proposals on the
hierarchical navigation challenge, see below. It's now issue-163.

Note how this is also related to the following bugs:
http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=10693 (the source of the issue)
http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=12662

I'd like to start discussions in the next teleconference to clarify
the use case and then move forward with solution proposals on the
mailing list and possibly wiki.

Can it be added to the agenda for the media subgroup? Thanks.

Cheers,
Silvia.
