Dear media subgroup, the HTML chairs have issued a call for change proposals on the hierarchical navigation challenge, see below. It's now issue-163. Note how this is also related to the following bugs: http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=10693 (the source of the issue) http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=12662 I'd like to start discussions in the next teleconference to clarify the use case and then move forward with solution proposals on the mailing list and possibly wiki. Can it be added to the agenda for the media subgroup? Thanks. Cheers, Silvia. ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Paul Cotton <Paul.Cotton@microsoft.com> Date: Wed, Jun 1, 2011 at 7:34 AM Subject: ISSUE-163 navigating-tracks: Chairs Solicit Change Proposals To: "public-html@w3.org" <public-html@w3.org> ISSUE-163 navigating-tracks: 'Need a means for navigating between related timed tracks of media elements' Per the WG Decision Policy, at this time the WG Chairs would like to solicit volunteers to write a Change Proposal for ISSUE-163: http://www.w3.org/html/wg/tracker/issues/163 http://dev.w3.org/html5/decision-policy/decision-policy.html#escalation If no Change Proposals are written by July 1st, 2011, ISSUE-163 will be closed without prejudice.
