In your counterproposal to issue 129 you state "An accurate list would be confusing to authors. For example, for each element one would have to explicitly list that it *does* have a role if the accesskey is set with a valid value that the user agent was able to apply" This implies that the default role of any element is changed when an accesskey atttribute is set. Is that correct?
