Thank you Geoff. This was a great analysis/synopsis. I'll hope for a ping if the scope of the FCC VPAAC changes over time. I'm not a subject matter expert on video formats but I'm not convinced SMPTE-TT is right for the web especially with ride-along legacy/binary formats.
