Hi Everett, It is part of the 10066 "super bug" [ http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=10066] taking in all ARIA in HTML5 bugs. belwo are the alternate spec text and change proposal links (I need to do some updates on the chnage proposal).
