Not sure if this has crossed anybody else's desk yet, but this was brought
to my attention today. Interesting points surround "Events", "Alternative
Implementations", and the proposed use of SSML and the <mark> element. Not
sure of the status of this idea, nor where it is being proposed (but
guessing WHAT WG as a start point).
