[media] action to provide WebSRT comparison

Hi all,

One of my actions from the last meetings was to create the comparison
table against the checklist for WebSRT (see
http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/HTML/wiki/TTML_Mapping_to_Requirments).. It
is done.

I have indeed prepared a combined page at
http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/HTML/wiki/TextFormat_Mapping_to_Requirements
.

Please, before Thursday's lengthy meeting, can you make sure to look at it?
