Is the text you quoted sufficient? Or should we instead advise authors to provide this text outside the image as well, or instead? How would you write the entire alt="" text for that page's webcam image? Are you suggesting it should just say this?: <img src="..." alt="Picture and weather data from GENEVA - SWITZERLAND"> I'm not trying to "trap" you or some such.
