Just to be clear, by "focusable elements" do you mean the set comprised of:
* The element-attribute combinations the spec /suggests/ making
focusable at:
http://dev.w3.org/html5/spec/editing.html#focus-management
* Elements with a "tabindex" attribute.
Or some other set?
