[media] Proposed teleconference on media accessibility

Hi all,

We know this is difficult, but the desire to have a teleconference is
quite significant. At the Accessibility Task Force call earlier today, we
discussed this further, and while not optimum, it seems that scheduling a
call for Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at 3:00 PM San Francisco time is the
least disruptive for the majority. Again, apologies for those on the
extreme end of the time-zones.

To review local times, please see:
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?month=4&day=28&year=2
010&hour=15&min=0&sec=0&p1=224

This translates to the following general times:

  London: Wed 11:00 PM
  Amsterdam/Oslo: Wed-Thurs midnight
  Boston: Wed 6:00 PM
  Cupertino/Mountain View: Wed 3:00 PM
  Beijing: Thurs 6:00 AM
  Tokyo: Thurs 7:00 AM
  Sydney: Thurs 8:00 AM

A formal agenda will be forwarded soon (although we pretty much know what
needs to be discussed).

Michael Cooper has confirmed the Zakim bridge for this call and also
slotted the next 10 weeks at the same time should we require them.

Dial the Zakim bridge at one of the following three telephone numbers:
+1 (617) 761-6200 (This is a USA number).
+33.4.89.06.34.99 (This is a French number)
+44.117.370.6152 (This is a UK number)
You should be prompted for a pass code,
this is 2119# (A11Y#)

IRC: server: irc.w3.org, port: 6665, channel: #html-a11y.

Thanks everyone.
