This time slot (6:00pm Boston) works better for me, too. I won't be back before 7:45am. So, an hour later would be much appreciated for me. As it happen I have a meeting from 2:00-2:45 on the 26th so starting an hour later would be better for me as well. eric On Thu, Apr 22, 2010 at 8:38 AM, John Foliot <jfoliot@stanford.edu> wrote: Hello All, The Accessibility Task Force chairs have requested that we convene a teleconference so that we might have an opportunity to have some real-time dialog, as well as afford an opportunity for those who might not have been following our sub-threads as closely to ask questions or points of clarification. As the principles in this sub-group are quite literally spread around the globe, there is not 'great' time to schedule this call, however I would like to propose Monday, April 26, 2010 at 2:00 PM Pacific Time, which means our European friends must stay up late, and our friends down under must rise with the roosters: London: Mon 10:00 PM Amsterdam/Oslo: Mon 11:00 PM Boston: Mon 5:00 PM Cupertino/Mountain View: Mon 2:00 PM Tokyo: Tue 6:00 AM Sydney: Tue 7:00 AM Other interested parties can review their local time here: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?month=4&day=26&year=2 010&hour=14&min=0&sec=0&p1=224 While it is hoped that we can be done in 1 hour, perhaps we should contemplate a proposed 90 minute call - if we finish earlier then great! A proposed agenda will be posted soon, but will likely focus on the 3 major issues we have ongoing: the Javascript API proposal, the MediaText Associations proposal, and the time-stamp format discussion. As the HTML WG chairs are now pushing harder for fixed delivery dates of open issues, one anticipated outcome of the call will be to convey back to the Task Force chairs some concrete ideas here. Other questions/suggestions in anticipation to the teleconference welcomed - please forward to myself or the list. JF
