HTML Accessibility Task Force list created

This is the mailing list for the HTML Accessibility Task Force:
public-html-a11y@w3.org. I have added you to the task force because you
expressed interest to me at some point during the formation phase. The
task force isn't quite final, as we still need to identify facilitators
and issue a general call for participation. Hopefully this will be done
soon. I wanted to alert you of this mailing list so you'd know the
background when you start to receive messages.

This list is members-only: only members of the task force can post to
and receive messages from the list. This is to keep discussion focused,
with the understanding that issues may also be brought to our attention
via other existing public lists, such as wai-xtech and public-html. The
archives of this list /are/ publicly visible:
