Looking at the quickref for 5.6.0, “quiet” seems to be the parameter that Geoff meant by “-q” quiet Type: Boolean Default: no Values: no, yes When enabled, this option limits Tidy's non-document output to report only document warnings and errors. * http://api.html-tidy.org/tidy/quickref_5.6.0.html#quiet No visible connection between –quiet and -q on that page, though.
