Impressive Progress and Out of Office

Team,

I'm happy to see all of the impressive progress, and my thanks are double
for Geoff. I hope that this is an encouraging sign for all of the
developers, contributors, and bug reporters. It's been a very long time
since Tidy has seen this much activity. I'm confident that we can release a
5.0.0 stable within a couple of weeks.

Towards this end let's try to test as much as we can for any showstoppers.

I'm currently on holiday and won't have a lot of permission to check in.

Before leaving I did a quick hack-job of the htacg Guthub pages site, now
served via http://www.htacg.org. Feel free to check it out and PR or commit
any desired changes. I'll give similar treatment to /tidy-html5 right
before the 5.0.0 launch.

That reminds me, feedback on logos in /community Issues and checked into
/community, too, appreciated.
