There's hope! Rooms may become available, but it's not certain until the end 
of this month. We should tell the TPAC organizers:

  - preferred and fallback meeting times
  - minimum room size

and, assuming we get a room, also:

  - need flip chart?
  - need polycom?
  - observers allowed? (also means the meeting will appear on the general
    agenda)

We may not know whether we get a room until the first week of October. But 
it's worth trying, isn't it?
