Well, the plan was to resurrect the `PseudoElement` interface that [got removed in February 2016](https://hg.csswg.org/drafts/rev/26e59827f85c), as per [WG resolution](https://github.com/w3c/css-houdini-drafts/issues/350#issuecomment-294690156) ... Oh, I guess that's what the [`CSSPseudoElement` Interface](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-pseudo-4/#CSSPseudoElement-interface) in the [CSS Pseudo-Elements Module Level 4](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-pseudo-4/) is.
