@tabatkins All these "dependency specifiers" are great, but if they don't match what is already implemented by engines, it can be a lot of work to get them implemented. Things like `attr` are really specific and only work on `content` for `before/after` and I would be surprised if the way they work is actually generic enough to hook functions in any property. So, all in all, while I don't want to be understood as saying that things like `random()` aren't worth pursuing, it certainly doesn't feel like it is a v1 requirement to me.
