== Fix up linking now that WebIDL is in Bikeshed. ==
* Don't redefine Function.
* DOMException is an IDL type not a dfn.
* No need to put webidl in 'anchors' anymore.
* "URL" was warning about multiple definitions.


FYI, you should probably check the HTML anchors also: most will work 
with at most `link-defaults`, and that'll improve your "Terms defined 
by reference" section.
