Philippe: Could we create a "encrypted-media" folder to https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests/ so that the Blink EME tests could be uploaded to encrypted-media/google?

Simply do a pull request for the WPT repo [1], add a note that it's "as is", then ping me and I'll take it from there.
