Re: Planning to close Semantic Web in Health Care and Life Sciences Community Group due to inactivity unless we hear from you

This Community Group is definitely still active.  For example, it's 
co-sponsoring the ongoing work on FHIR RDF, with HL7:

However, there seems to be confusion about email lists for this 
Community Group, and I think that's the reason it was mistakenly flagged 
as inactive.  I had thought that the public-semweb-lifesci@w3.org list, 
which has been in use since 2003, was intended to be used for this 
community group, as it says on this page:
https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-semweb-lifesci/

Apparently I failed to notice that a second list public-hclscg@w3.org 
was created in 2017 when the prior Interest Group was closed and the 
Community Group was formed instead.  They both say that they are for use 
by the "Semantic Web in Health Care and Life Sciences Community Group.".

I don't think it makes sense to keep both lists, and it looks like the 
public-semweb-lifesci@w3.org list has more traffic (and has existed the 
longest), so I suggest that the public-hclscg@w3.org list be closed 
after pointing subscribers to the public-semweb-lifesci@w3.org list. 
The Community Group's home page would also need to be updated, because 
it references the public-hclscg@w3.org list.
