Declarative models of clinical recommendations

Hi,

this may be off-topic in the group, but are anyone working on declarative/semantic web representations of clinical recommendations?
There is a steady growth of quasi-formalisms in recommendation literature that would profit from better representations than simple tables (PICO’s and such). I am not interested in normative, deontic or processual descriptions, because that is too complex
in current formalisms.
