As now noted in the doc, this isn't an official uF because it wasn't developed using the microformats.org process (I'm not even sure the process was in place when I put it together). The GRDDL/round-trip demos using the W3C XSLT service don't currently work (I suspect because of the redirects from PURL). But you can see a sample of the hDOAP markup at: http://hyperdata.org/xmlns/hdoap/samples/redland-doap.html (If I remember correctly, you can ignore the bits like "literal-label" - they're just there for CSS styling).
