I modified the primer text to make it consistent with the various URI
changes.  Also, please note that I adjusted the first paragraph of the
spreadsheet section with some wording changes.  You may want to review
them to make sure you find them acceptable.  These changes are in
version 1.85.

Is it a good idea to explicitly note the sources like this?  The idea
was that it should work on different sets of RDF data (that the user
would provide to the query (e.g. "on the command line")).
