I believe it would be wholly inappropriate to agree substantive changes at the next meeting, and then have a PR vote at the same meeting. I believe that on the agenda we will have: - addressing DBooth3 - approving additional tests - Test Cases Doc - Spec Doc - PR Vote So, in my view, deciding to address DBooth3 along the lines that David has suggested, would mean that the last item could not be considered at this meeting.
