Primer status

The primer is looking pretty good (no more @@TODOs), except for the
fact that most of the SPARQL queries (which we had working before the
last review and adding the new sections) are now broken. However, in the
interest of preserving the WG's sanity, I propose that we try to reach
consensus on this document at the next meeting with two caveats that:

1) The Editor not publish until all the SPARQL queries work
2) One person (danja?) do a review of the queries and dataset, as well
as grammar - and it is left to editor's discretion to incorporate their
suggested changes, which should all be kept to minor.

All the other comments (David Booth, Ryan King, jjc) have been
addressed, leading to useful improvements such as some practical tips
and removal of relative URIs from the examples.

In order to get the SPARQL queries to work, I suggest relevant parties
if possible (john-l, brianS, maybe jjc) stay on the phone after the
telecon to sort them out as done last week with the data files.

                         thanks,
                             harry
