I believe I have now written the new library code.
I have as yet not completed new documentation.
I have not written any new tests.
I plan to do both on Monday.

In order to partially test the new module xml-attributes
i.e.
http://www.w3.org/2003/g/xml-attributes
I have done the following:
a) inline-rdf uses it
b) I have updated test files embedded-rdf{[1-6][8-9],1[01]} to use in
inline-rdf rather than embeddedRDF
I am not at all sure that I was meant to do (b), Chime if that was
incorrect please undo, as part of whatever action you had to update the
embeddedRDF tests to test inline-rdf instead.
I'll send one more message about xml-attributes and then I am done with
GRDDL for the week.

On new tests:
- I need new tests for the new functionality in the library
- these will largely concentrate on corner cases, particularly a few
cases (concerning nested relative base URIs) where the library code does
not work.
I think these are too late for the Test Cases PR, and so I suggest the
following:
a) I get them working, say in pendinglist or in a new libraryTests.html,
with Jena
b) john checks them over with grddl.py
and they are not part of the GRDDL test suite, but are linked to from
the library page. Once I have done them, someone else may like to
suggest that they should be part of GRDDL Tests PR, and I would support
that, but would also support the editor saying that these have missed
the (unspecified) freeze date for the tests.
