content negotiation

I have implemented both basic content negotiation and transparent 
content negotiation in my code. So the code should pass all variants of 
such tests now, including the merge. i.e. with appropriate content 
negotiation options

   header.accept-language   en
   header.accept-language   de
   header.negotiate         *

passed to the software, it will produce three different answers for
http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/grddl-wg/td/conneg.html
being the three different RDF files.

There were bugs in the german html file, that I have fixed.
I also made two mods to the english file:
a) correct the descriptive text
b) remove the doc type declaration, since it is not conformant (because 
of the grddl:transformation attribute)
