GRDDL.py testing, reports, and handling of multiple outputs

Per my action:

ACTION: Chime to produce EARL to report about GRDDL.py [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2007/04/04-grddl-wg-minutes.html#action25]

Attached:
 - GRDDLpy-earl-2007-04-09.rdf (earl results via testft with checks for passing alternative and subsuming tests)
 - GRDDLpy-results.html (formatted with earlsum - which was fixed to use the correct EARL namespace)

testft outputs (to STDOUT) informative statements about multiple output tests (some of which is taken into consideration for generating the EARL others which are not):

The test cases document has been updated to clarify the situation with multiple outputs and what a test harness can use to determine compliance for such tests.
