TestHarness.java (untested!)

Attached is a Java clone of testHarness.py (requires Jena), plus
compile & run scripts. It's not tested, but should be within tweaking
distance (I've messed up my glean.py somehow, and my Java-GRDDL stuff
is still a way from being ready).
