As David said, the group is not operational any more. I do not think there is a mechanism, nor actually a use, to submit the test results, that was relevant when the candidate recommendation phase required it.

On the other hand, if you think, it would be useful to add data about your implementation to

http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/wiki/Tools

you need a W3C site account to be able to log in and add the information about your tool, but that is easy...:
