   This will be a very high-level review. COGA is trying to publish the first
   working draft of this issue paper for broader feedback and they are
   especially wanting the global-inclusion group's reaction to the
   introduction section of the paper.
   - Start building a testing considerations table for different languages
   - please check Julie Rawe’s comment in the July Tab

   in response to the question about whether a table would help.
