Minutes: November 6, 2024 - Internationalization Accessibility Community Group (global-inclusion)

Hi everyone,

Many thanks to those of you who were able to attend today's International
Accessibility Community Group (global-inclusion) meeting. Because this was
a working meeting, we have limited notes

Under the "Discussion Notes" heading, there is a link to the IRC minutes. I
made an error in the IRC minutes when I referenced the date for the next
community group meeting. The correct date for our next community group
meeting is November 20th.

Here is what we accomplished during our November 6, 2024 call:

   - Completed our consolidated feedback on the WCAG 3.0 outcomes. I will
   send that feedback to Rachael and ask her for guidance on who the feedback
   should be sent to for future iterations of this work.
   - Assigned Content Usable homework, due by our November 20, 2024 meeting
