I have not been able to participate in these meetings because of
other commitments. So forgive me if my suggestion is out of line. I took a
look at the google doc links, and given that I work with so many commercial
technology developers, I can add that there are market needs for than
technical guidance. No company internationalizes or considers accessibility
because of the technology or because it would be cool. Business case
examples, though they are always specific to a domain, are sorely lacking
in the public sphere. This data is hard to collect, but even starting with
a listing of legal accessibility requirements based on locale would be a
powerful resource.
