Minor issue in the DCAT RDF Spec

Hi,

Just a minor issued found by a colleague of mine. I forward his email.


Working with the DCAT rdf/xml file [1], we have found a small issue
regarding language tags. According to the rest of the document (where the
non-deprecated elements use xml:lang, the line 120 of the document is:

<rdfs:label>Catalog</rdfs:label>

And it could be (note the xml:lang attribute)

<rdfs:label xml:lang="en">Catalog</rdfs:label>
