Forwarded with permission. Dave -------- Original Message -------- Subject: ORG ontology implementations Date: Wed, 20 Nov 2013 23:52:52 +0000 From: Bill Roberts <bill@swirrl.com> To: Dave Reynolds <dave.e.reynolds@gmail.com> Dave Hopefully this is not too late to take into account. We have used the Organization Ontology in the following datasets. http://opendatacommunities.org/data/local-authorities http://data.digitalsocial.eu/data http://tsb-projects.labs.theodi.org (due to go live in December 2013) In general we have found this ontology very useful. The main terms we have used are org:Organization org:FormalOrganization org:Site org:hasSite org:siteAddress org:hasPrimarySite We have not yet had an occasion to represent members of an organization, though can see a number of applications of that. Best regards Bill
