Ambiguous Catalog "listing" date meaning in Data Catalog Vocabulary (DCAT)

Hi.

Here's a comment on Data Catalog Vocabulary (DCAT) draft
http://www.w3.org/TR/2012/WD-vocab-dcat-20120405/ (not subscribed to the
list).

In 6.1 Property: listing date :

The "listing date" or "date of listing" wording seems very vague to me.

I think the definition should be improved : is it some issueing /
publication, etc ? "to list" is probably a too vague term.
The Usage note is not helping too much, I think : it's not really
obvious in general why one record in a catalog isn't listed as published
at the same time as the whole of the catalog :-/

I see it points to dcterms:issued, and in
http://dublincore.org/documents/dcmi-terms/#terms-issued we have "Date
of formal issuance (e.g., publication) of the resource.", so maybe this
DC terms definition should be used as a base for writing this property's
definition ?

Btw, the link behind dcterms:issued (http://purl.org/dc/terms/issued)
redirects to http://dublincore.org/2010/10/11/dcterms.rdf#issued which
is absent from http://dublincore.org/2010/10/11/dcterms.rdf AFAICT (but
that's probably an issue at DCMI).

Oh, and 2 more issues :

- in 3. Namespaces, the table contains :
 dcterms	http://purl.org/can never remember

I guess some @@ comments missing above ;-)

- in the turtle examples, 'dct' should be changed to 'dcterms', in order
  to conform to the above

Hope this helps,

Best regards,
