Dear all, As you may have seen, last week we published the report [1] on the Linking Geospatial Data workshop that took place back in March. The outcome of the discussion is that W3C and OGC are in advanced discussions towards an MoU to establish a joint working group, an early draft charter for which is available at [2]. I'm keen to gather input on that charter over the coming month or so via either the dedicated mailing list (cited at the top of the charter) or, of you're going to be in AAlborg for the INSPIRE conference next week, do please come to the workshop on the topic - Tuesday afternoon at 14:00. The usual rules of both W3C and OGC will apply to membership of that WG. I hope to be able to report on progress towards the establishment of the WG at the GeoKnow workshop in Leipzig in September (which reminds me, I probably need to write a paper). Cheers Phil.
