Test suite contribution from Opera

Hi WG,

Opera would like to contribute its test suite of the API.
It is at <http://people.opera.com/~maxfro/geolocation/>

Important Notes:

- In order to be browser-agnostic, the test suite is meant to be run by 
hand, since many tests rely on a privacy dialogue.

- Running the suite requires some amount of setup, because many tests 
need to control the geolocation device in order to test specific parts 
of the API.

- The main page includes a few questions and comments on the 
specification, which should be resolved before moving forward
