Editorial comment on Section 4.3

Dear all, 

in the second paragraph of section 4.3, the Specification says: 

However, in designing these measures, implementers are advised to enable user awareness of location sharing, and to provide easy access to interfaces that enable revocation of permissions.

Following the discussions in the mailing-list about scoping permissions I think the following text would be much clearer: 

However, in designing these measures, implementers are advised to enable user awareness when sharing location, and to provide easy access to interfaces that enable revocation of permissions.
