the current title is "Geolocation API Specification" and it might be 
more accurate to have it reflect the scope of the API, i.e. lat/long 
information; this might make it easier for people to understand the 
scope of the API. this would also leave the "(Geo)location API" title 
available for a future API that supports the various flavors of 
non-lat/long location which have been discussed on that list, and the 
lat/long API would be one part of that more general API.
