Jeff, Tom, Martin Thanks for your feedback ! I can finalize the reformatting of the Charter during the end of this week, and move it to clean wiki format. So I will only need to know if you (or anybody else in the Group) suggests some essential changes to the Charter text. This creates a low barrier for participation, easy reversal of unwanted changes, and full tracking. The Wiki source code is very clean text with simple markup (normally). The current content is a bit polluted by formatting instructions that likely stem from the first HTML version but should be replaced by proper Wiki markup (like = Header text = instead of <h1>Header text</h1>.
