Call for Consensus

Dear All,

 

As I did not receive comments about the draft of our group charter:

so I'm now posting "The Call for Consensus" for our charter and I would very
much like to get your comments about its content.

 

According to W3C practice ("Silence implies consent"), if we do not get the
requests for changes we will deem the Charter as accepted.

However, to increase  the chance for fruitful discussion, we will await your
comments during next 14 days (double the time recommended by W3C)
until we declare the draft as the valid charter.
