The draft for our community Charter

Dear Members of Automotive Ontology Community Group,

 

As it was announced on Wednesday we have been working on the main documents
for our community.

I would like to open the discussion, using this public forum, about the
Charter. 
When we have reached consensus, we will officially publish it as one of the
fundamental documents of our community.
