A summary of decisions:

   -

We agreed to hold a bi-monthly sync. Noël, Francois and I have chosen
the date and time of the next sync as:
   -

Tuesday December 15th, 4:30pm CET (11:30pm Singapore time, 8:30am San
      Francisco time)
      -

1 week ahead of the call, we will send a reminder and a Zoom link to
this mailing list, same as how we handled the TPAC call.
      -

We agreed to continue regular discussion in the HTML5 Game Dev forum
   here.
   -

We identified 3 key areas to progress in for the community:
   -

      Technical Stability & Tool Debugging
      -

      Web Game Discovery
      -

      Web Game Monetization

Next steps:

   -

🛠 Regarding Technical Stability & Tool Debugging:
   -

Ashley Gullen from Construct/Scirra has already posted a list of top
      bugs in the forum here
      <https://www.html5gamedevs.com/topic/46347-bugs-list-for-web-platform-qualityconsistency/>.
      Thanks Ashley!
      -

I’ve created a tracking sheet here
      <https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1l9jfZCOuqUpx2Y0PjiVl2GHJ1nLo-XLVw8L_PyhcptI/edit?usp=sharing>
and given edit access to Ashley, Richard, Noël, Francois, Florian and
myself. If you are interested in reporting bugs as an engine developer,
email me for access. I think we should have a sheet per engine
and a master
sheet to collect the most common issues.
      -

Tom offered to lead this effort.
      -

   🔍 Regarding Web Game Discovery:
   -

I posted links to two GitHub projects related to this.
      -

The Open Mini Games proposal <https://github.com/tcmg/open-mini-games>,
which aims to bring alignment on 3 key standards through the
lens of a web
      game.
      -

A proposal in the Schema project for new Web Game-focused
      <https://github.com/schemaorg/schemaorg/issues/2565> properties to
      support the OMG proposal.
      -

Tom offered to lead this effort.
      -

   💸 Regarding Web Game Monetization:
   -

We agreed to tackle this subject more in-depth in our next sync but
Andrzej offered to lead this effort.
      -

Francois will reach out to Apple to attempt to bring them into our
   conversation.

Looking forward to discussions in the forum and seeing you all in December!

Again, thanks to Richard, Andrzej and Noël for speaking. And Francois for
helping in the organisation and all your note taking.

Cheers
