Looks like Firefox has some work happening too: http://hacks.mozilla.org/2012/01/using-the-vibrator-api-part-of-webapi/ Looks like it implements that spec. Article says it's in FF11. I did some Firefox-specific, gamepad-specific vibration work, but haven't touched it in a while: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=680289 I imagine the Vibration API work will dictate the kind of work I might continue to do on rumble support in the future. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Vincent Scheib" <scheib@google.com> To: public-games@w3.org Sent: Wednesday, February 15, 2012 8:15:11 PM Subject: Vibration API I just noticed Vibration API: http://dev.w3.org/2009/dap/vibration/ Looks like Samsung has work in progress for it in WebKit https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=72010
