FYI, fiddling with the test that is being added in https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/pull/41713 shows that all of Chromium, Gecko, and WebKit appear to implement `lighter` using the spec formula for `plus-lighter` rather than the formula given for `lighter`.
