The more I think about it, moving `lighter` from a compositing mode to a blend mode is cheating. I'll think of a better way to do this. @cabanier maybe you have thoughts here? Right now `globalCompositingOperation` has both blend modes and composite modes. Maybe the right thing to do is make `mix-blend-mode` the same. However, Chrome is only interested in implementing `lighter` right now.
