Simply changing the affiliation breaks all links. In general, the FXTF doesn't exist anymore. The idea from @svgeesus was right. Maybe we could still use FXTF to differ between specs in the CSS and FXTF repos. Everything could be used from the CSS WG including the header and affiliation. Only links to GitHub and spec source would differ. @tabatkins could this be done in Bikeshed?
